Our cycle program will test you while developing your power and speed. Designed for cyclists and triathletes who want specific help on their bike leg, our program is very effective and will get you results on race day.
Fall/Winter Spin Sessions
Tuesdays, 7-830pm, Nov-Mar
These 90-minute sessions are fantastic for building your cycling strength and stamina.
While done on indoor spin bikes, these high intensity workouts simulate outdoor riding such as time trial efforts, hill climbing, peloton riding with attacks and other techniques.
If you want to improve your cycling in the off-season, this is your workout!

Build cycle-specific strength and improve your power output with a mix of high intensity spin work and strength training in one workout.
You’ll definitely get worked hard by our coaches in this sixty minute session, so be prepared!
