Need help with your swim technique? Schedule a private lesson with Coach Jenni at the pool and let her review your technique and give you drills to improve your form.

Unsure of what type of workouts to do to improve your swim times? Struggling with which drills to do and how many? Coach Jenni can help!
Coach Jenni will create a swim training plan to get you faster and become more efficient.
This month-long package includes three personalized swim workouts/week based on YOUR goals and benchmark times as well as access to Coach Jenni’s YouTube channel with swim drills, technique, and core videos.

The perfect chance for you to have Coach Jenni take a look at your stroke in a small group setting. These group sessions are a mix of drills and sets, with a strong emphasis on improving your technique.
You may not be getting a lot of individual attention in your normal swim workouts, but you will get it in our sessions!
