Personalized session includes program overview, baseline assessments and educational binder set-up.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals Plan
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound. Your individualized plan will be created with short and long-term goals to help you achieve optimal wellness.

Weekly Check-Ins
These 45-minute phone or in-person sessions address issues and celebrate accomplishments from the week. Designed and focused to help you stay on track with your goals.

Weekly MyFitnessPal Nutrition Review
Jenni provides her feedback via email or in-app to help you implement and maintain nutrition changes.

Monthly Seminars/Discussion Groups
These small group sessions (5-8 people) provide you a community of like-minded people sharing similar goals.  Among the topics we explore in these ninety-minute sessions include nutrition, goal setting, visualization, stress management techniques, finding balance, mindset shift, and open forum discussions.

Flexibility & Mobility Sessions
Jenni assists with thirty-minutes of hands-on stretching, range of motion, and balancing work.

Follow-up Check-Ins
These thirty-minute check-ins are held after completing the program and we discuss relapses or wellness-related issues that may have arisen.  Uniquely designed to help you maintain your new lifestyle changes.

Grocery Store Tour
This sixty-minute tour teaches you which aisles to shop and which to avoid, how to compare nutrition labels, as well as help you plan ahead to optimize your shopping trips.                                                      

Wellness Walks
Unplug, destress, and enjoy a guided walk focusing on the power and energy in our natural surroundings.
