Monday
     – Open Water Swims at Lake Natoma. 6pm Start. 
     – Splash and Dash – Open Water Swim AND a Run, at Lake Natoma. 6pm Start. 
         (location may be adjusted early in the season depending on water temps)
Wednesday
     – Run Sessions at Nimbus Flat / Sac Bar / Sunrise.  6pm Start.
     – Time Trials at Folsom Canal. 6pm Start.
Saturday
     – Various Locations. Bike AND Run. 8am Start.

Group Workout Directions
See directions here

Beals Point – Take Hwy 50 to Folsom Rd and go left. Go six miles and on the right is the entrance to Beals Point.
From I-80, take the Douglas Blvd exit and go east. Turn right on Auburn-Folsom Blvd and go about two miles. The entrance to Beals Point is on your left.

El Camino High School – El Camino High School, 4300 El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821. El Camino HS is on the corner of El Camino and Eastern. The track is located on the far east side of the campus. To get there, enter the parking lot which runs along El Camino Ave and drive away from Eastern Ave and park on the end farthest away from Eastern Ave.

Fish Hatchery – Take Hwy 50 to Hazel Ave and go north. Take a left on Gold Country Road (second traffic light) and then an immediate right into the Fish Hatchery parking lot.

Folsom Canal – Take Hwy 50 to Sunrise and go south. Go about 2 miles and turn right on International Drive. Turn right on Kilgore and park anywhere in the Industrial Park. BIKE to the water tower on International and the Folsom Canal. We will start at the water tower.

Folsom Lake College – From Sacramento, take Hwy 50 to East Bidwell and turn left. Go a little more than one mile and turn right on Scholar Way. Go 1/4 mile and turn left into the college.  Take a right at the stop sign (College Parkway) and turn right into the parking area near the track.

Hazel McFarland Park – From Sacramento, take Hwy 50 to East Bidwell and turn left. Go about one mile and turn right on Broadstone Pkwy. Go about one mile and turn left on Golf Links Dr. Go about 1.5 miles and turn left on East Natoma St. Hazel McFarland Park is on your right.

Heron Landing Park – Take Hwy 50 to Sunrise and go south. Go about 5 miles on Sunrise and turn left on Justinian.  Heron Landing Park is on your right.

Indian Hill – Take 80 East towards Auburn. Exit at the Indian Hill exit and go straight, which will put you on Indian Hill Road. Go about two miles and park on the right side of the road, before the first traffic light (NOT the light at Auburn-Folsom)
From Hwy 50/Folsom: Take Folsom Road exit and go left. Follow Auburn-Folsom Road to Auburn and turn left at Indian Hill. We will park on the left side of the road, just past the first stop light on Indian Hill.

Lew Howard – Take Hwy 50 to Folsom Rd and go left. Go about three miles, and through the traffic light at Greenback. Take your very first left past Greenback – this is Oak Ave (NOT Oak Avenue PARKWAY). There is a McDonald’s and Zittel Farm/Market on this corner. Follow Oak Avenue about 1/2 mile – parking will be on your left, before the road turns to the right and up a hill.

Black Miners Bar – Take Hwy 50 to Folsom Rd and go left. Go three miles and turn left at Greenback Road. Take your first left into Black Miners Bar. After entering the park and crossing over the bike trail, go to the right through the large parking lot and follow the park road to a small parking area (this is NOT the boat launch area).

Nimbus Flat – Take Hwy 50 to Hazel Ave and go north. Take your very first right into Nimbus Flat. We’ll park in the large parking lot on the left, just past the kiosk.

Nisenan Park – From Sacramento, take Hwy 50 to East Bidwell and turn left. Go about one mile and turn right on Broadstone Pkwy. Go about one mile and turn left on Golf Links Dr. Go about 0.5 mile and take your first right into Nisenan Park.

Old Folsom – Take Hwy 50 to Folsom Rd and go left. Go several miles, and take the Old Folsom/Sutter St Exit. Take a left onto Reading and then at Leidesdorf, go left and immediately right into the Park and Ride Lot.

Promontory Park – EDH – From Sacramento, take Hwy 50 to East Bidwell and turn left. Take your first right on Iron Point. Go about 2 miles and turn left onto Empire Ranch. Empire Ranch turns into Sophia Parkway and then you will turn right onto Alexandra Drive. The park is on your left.

Rio del Oro Racquet Club – Take Hwy 50 to Howe Ave and go north. Go about 3/4 mile and turn right on American River Dr. Take your first left onto Scripps, Rio will be on your right.

Rodeo Park – Take Hwy 50 to Folsom Rd and go left. Go about 2 miles and turn right on Natoma. Go about 1 mile and turn left on Stafford. Stafford takes you right into Rodeo Park.

Rolling Hills Middle School – From Sacramento, take Hwy 50 to the White Rock Rd/Silva Valley Pkwy exit and turn left. Go about 2 miles on Silva Valley and the school will be on your right at the intersection of Silva Valley and Harvard.  

Sac Bar – Take Hwy 50 to Sunrise and go north. Cross over the river and turn left on Fair Oaks Blvd. Go ¼ mile and turn left on Pennsylvania, which leads you right into the park.

Sunrise – Take Hwy 50 to Sunrise and go north. Immediately BEFORE you cross over the river, turn right onto South Bridge Street. Follow Bridge Street past the kiosk/park entrance. Turn left at the stop sign. Park immediately on the right side of the road.

Watt – Take Hwy 50 to Watt Ave and go north. Immediately BEFORE you cross over the river, take the La Rivera exit ramp.  At the light, turn left and then take your first right into the Watt Avenue Access Park.   Park in the area to the left.

Willma Cavitt Junior High – From Hwy 50, take Folsom Blvd several miles, going past Greenback and Beals Point. About 1.5 miles past Beals Point, turn right onto Fuller Drive (just before you reach Douglas). Take your first right into the parking lot at Willma Cavitt Junior High.
From 80/Roseville, take Douglas Blvd to Auburn-Folsom Road and turn right. Take your first left onto Fuller Drive. Take your first right into the parking lot at Willma Cavitt Junior High.

Willow Creek – Take Hwy 50 to Folsom Rd and go left. Go a little over a mile and do a U-turn at the intersection of Folsom and Blue Ravine. After another 3/4 of a mile, turn right into Willow Creek Recreation Area.
